Karza
Banking and business intelligence solution provider
Problem statement
Karza has various business products (Kscan, VKYC, EPFO, etc.) and each product has its own API sandbox. These sandboxes are accessed by both internal and external stakeholders. The internal team, while demonstrating and troubleshooting, has to toggle between various products on a daily basis. There comes in the need to create a unified platform for easy usage and coordination
UNIFIED SANDBOX
My role:
I worked on this product from its inception. My role was to research how internal users and clients interact with the current platforms and understand the gaps in the overall journey. My contribution was to research, and analyze other products, and create wireframes and dedicated user journeys based on roles.
Approach
Competitor Analysis
-
The platform needed an introduction and direction to explore further
-
Introduction to other products
-
Exploration of payouts
-
Examples/screens of how the flow would look like and work post integration 5) Steps for integration
Attending Demo Calls
-
Separate journeys for Business and Tech users
-
Internal users, while demonstrating had to use various sources to access files and URLs
-
Business teams use the platform more than the tech teams
User Interviews
-
Search needed to find APIs
-
Proper sectioning/templatizing of information needed
-
Users had no idea where they were on the platform
-
Few irrelevant tabs on daily basis for users
-
No proper information on versions
-
While demonstrating, the numbers, clients, usage information, etc were verbally communicated. Visual support was needed.
Analytic tools
Identifying the users
We realized that two separate journeys were required for:
-
Decision makers: Business users
-
Implementers: Tech users
